Les Grands Ballets
I redesigned a conceptual logo for Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, an elegant ballet company founded in 1957 by Ludmilla Chiriaeff, based in Montréal, Québec.
Les Grands Ballets is known for intertwining the essence of classical dance into diverse forms of movement. Their inspiring slogan, Moving the world. Differently. became the foundation of my design process.
Inspired by the company’s slogan, I studied ballet poses to reflect Les Grands Ballets’ core values—grace, innovation, and cultural vibrancy. The logo draws from their 2017 performance of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, capturing a distinctive pose that embodies their slogan: Moving the world. Differently.
