FUTURESPECTIVE 2027
Futurespective is a conceptual two-day conference at the Maine College of Art & Design exploring the future of design, animation, and illustration through keynotes, workshops, panels, and networking with leading creatives.
The logo reflects convergence, with three distinct lines uniting at one point to represent the paths of design, animation, and illustration coming together as one. Together, they form the shape of an arrow, symbolizing momentum and progress toward the future.
The brand identity centers around the concept of light refraction through a prism, symbolizing shifting perspectives—hence the title Futurespective. To further this idea, I translated the logo into a three-dimensional model, transforming the mark into a physical prism that refracts light, visually reinforcing the theme of looking toward the future.
Desktop and mobile prototypes were designed to explore how the brand identity extends across essential digital touch-points.
